1. Products Overview
The closed loop stepping motor is a high-precision motion control motor. By adding the position sensor such as the encoder, the actual position of the motor is fed back to the driver or controller. The closed loop step motor has the advantages of high precision, high stability, and low vibration, and it is suitable for applications with higher accuracy requirements.
Working principle:
The working principle of the closed loop step into the motor is similar to the regular stepper motor, and the difference is that there is a position feedback by encoder, which enables higher accuracy and higher torque, lower vibration etc.
Advantages:
The advantages of closed loop stepping motor are higher precision, higher stability, lower vibration, etc compared with open loop stepper motors. Due to the addition of the position feedback, the closed loop stepping motor can better adjust the input signal and achieve better performance. However, the manufacturing cost is relatively higher, and the maintenance is relatively more complicated compared with open loop stepper motors. But compared with servo motors, its cost is much lower, and maintenance also easier.
